These fine young men and women have displayed tremendous dedication and devotion in pursuit of their goals," says Mrs. Thoburn, the President and CEO of the Fairfax Christian School. "We have no doubt that they will rise to meet the many challenges that life will put before them."

The graduating class of 2019 is already making a splash. Our class Valedictorian, Margaret Grigsby, will be attending the University of Richmond on a scholarship. Some of the other schools that our seniors were accepted to include: Boston University, Michigan State, Northeastern University, Ohio State, Penn State, Purdue University, Rutgers University, University of Virginia, University of Washington and Virginia Tech.

"The Fairfax Christian School has been creating scholars with a passion for learning since its founding in 1961," says Mrs. Thoburn. "Our award–winning, independent, university–preparatory school serves kindergarten through twelfth grade with talented teachers following a time–tested curriculum which promotes critical thinking and creativity while focusing on the success and talent of each student. Our small class sizes with individual attention allow each student to thrive, explore their unique abilities and grow in their confidence and in their academic success."
