Cardinals In Flight: Nailah Williams

Our very own Miss Nailah Williams was recently chosen to participate in a thirty week Young Entrepreneurs Academy. With the help of her mentors and instructors, she was able to launch her first business and create an initiating product and its prototype. Through Young Entrepreneurs Academy, Nailah has been given opportunities to attend networking events, such as Loudoun's Small Business Awards Conference and the Virginia’s Women's Business conference. Miss Williams has connected with other entrepreneurs, learning how to prepare herself for running a company. She was able to speak with patent lawyers, lenders, professional public speakers and even had a chance to pitch her entire company and sales projections to a panel of investors. According to Nailah,“ I have become a businesswoman and learned what it truly means to be an entrepreneur.”
