The Fairfax Christian School takes data protection and privacy (DP&P) seriously. When personal data from our stakeholders is received we process it in compliance with the laws and regulations of the United States of America and the Commonwealth of Virginia, as well as, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for our European Union stakeholders. The personal data collected varies depending on the stakeholder's relationship with the school. This may include contact details and verification, academic and professional information and banking and financial details. Where necessary, the school may need to process personal data which is very sensitive, including academic and health–related details. In some circumstances, we may need to share this information with third parties such as health professionals, a court or other regulatory bodies. When sensitive personal data is volunteered as a condition of enrollment, the stakeholder agrees to allow the school to process the personal data.

Personal Data is used for the performance of a contract or to take steps before entering into a contract. Personal Data is used for the purposes of legitimate interests of the school.
