Students seeking an F-1 visa, please visit the How To Apply for international students.

Step One

Your admissions process begins with an In-Person Tour or, if you are not in the local area, an Initial Admissions Consultation with your admissions director. Once we have discussed your educational expectations and determined that the Fairfax Christian School is a good fit for your family, we will encourage you to apply.

Step Two

To begin your Online Application process, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. A non-refundable fee of $100 must be submitted with each application.

After submitting the application with two years of report cards or transcripts and any additional educational information needed for evaluation (IEPs, 504 Plans, Neuroeducational testing, etc.), you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms, and, if necessary, reprint the forms.

Step Three

Once your application and accompanying materials have been submitted, they will be reviewed upon receipt. Additional testing and additional information from the current school may be requested.  If you have not spent time with our staff in an admissions consultation or in-person tour, you may be contacted for a student/parent interview. Middle and high school students who have applied may request a shadow day. High school students who have not had an in-person tour or visited for a shadow day will be required to have an interview. If the interview can not be conducted in person, a telephone, Zoom, or WeChat interview is an option.

Families who are applying for tuition assistance beyond partial scholarships must apply through the FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment Program.

Step Four

You will receive your Acceptance Letter via email, which will include any partial scholarship and tuition assistance offers. There will be a link to sign your Registration Agreement and pay your enrollment fee to secure your seat.

Step Five

Once your Registration Agreement has been submitted, you will receive orientation information. A Virginia School Entrance Health Form is required before students begin class. Additionally, onboarding forms will include policy acknowledgements, which will be signed through the FACTS system.
