Our international student application process is clear, supportive, and designed to help families navigate every step—from submitting documents and completing placement tests to securing the F-1 student visa, and arranging housing.

The Fairfax Christian School offers rolling admissions, allowing families to apply at any time during the year as space is available. This flexible approach is especially helpful for international students, families relocating to the Washington, D.C., region, and those seeking a mid-year transition to a stronger academic environment.

Step One

Your admissions process begins with an Initial Admissions Consultation with your admissions director. Please use the button below to schedule your appointment via Zoom, WeChat, or telephone. Parents and educational consultants are welcome.

Step Two

After your Initial Counsultation, you will receive a link to fill out an Online Application. You will need to provide your official school transcripts from the past two years and a scanned photograph of your passport or birth certificate.

Step Three

Once your application and accompanying materials have been received and reviewed, you will be contacted to arrange your Admissions Interview. Interviews are arranged by Zoom, WeChat, or telephone, and parents and educational consultants are welcome to attend.

Step Four

You will receive your Acceptance Letter via email. There will be a link to sign your Registration Agreement and pay your enrollment fee to hold your seat. Proof of Financial Support will also need to be provided.

Step Five

Once your Registration Agreement and Proof of Financial Support are received, an I-20 will be issued promptly to secure the F-1 visa. International students who need housing will be asked to submit a Homestay Questionnaire. Before students begin class, a Virginia School Entrance Health Form is required. Additionally, onboarding forms will include policy acknowledgements, which will be signed through the FACTS system.
