The Fairfax Christian School takes data protection and privacy (DP&P) seriously. The personal data collected varies depending on the stakeholder's relationship with the school. This may include contact details and verification, academic and professional information and banking and financial details. Where necessary, the school may need to process personal data which is very sensitive, including academic and health–related details. In some circumstances, we may need to share this information with third parties such as health professionals, a court or other regulatory bodies. When sensitive personal data is volunteered as a condition of enrollment, the stakeholder agrees to allow the school to process the personal data.
