Below is a detailed breakdown of our tuition rates for the upcoming school year, and we’re excited to tell you about our generous Scholarship and Tuition Assistance plans. We believe every child deserves access to quality education, and we’re here to help make that a reality for your family.

2025-2026 Tuition

Lower School (Four-Year-Old Kindergarten through 4th Grade): $34,050
Middle School (5th through 8th Grade): $41,100
High School (9th through 12th Grade): $50,460

School Bus Service:
To-Your-Door School Bus Service: $9,140
AM or PM Bus Service: $4,570

Extended Care:
Before school care: $940
After school care: $4,880

Other Fees:
Application Fee (new students only): $100
Registration Fee (paid by every student every year): $800
12th Grade Senior Student Fee: $2,230
Academic Success: included in tuition
International Student Intensive English Program Fee: $7,060
International Student Homestay Fee: $25,540
Sports, club, and travel fees vary depending on the activity.

Sibling Discounts:
First Student: Full Price
Second Student: 25% tuition discount and 50% To-Your-Door Bus Service discount
Third Student: 50% tuition discount and 75% To-Your-Door Bus Service discount
Sibling discounts do not apply to the four-year-old kindergarten program.

Tuition Payment Plans:
All families are required to use FACTS Tuition Management and pay the FACTS fees. The first payment is due May 5, 2025.

There will be a 5% increase in our tuition rates for the 2025-2026 school year. The registration fee is $800. You can receive our best discounts if you pay your yearly tuition by December 5th. 

If tuition is paid by December 5th, a 5% discount is applied. If paid by January 5th, a 4% discount is applied. If paid by February 5th, a 3% discount is applied. If paid by March 5th, a 2% discount is applied. If paid by April 5th, a 1% discount is applied. International families are required to pay yearly.

Families who pay by the month will pay the FACTS fees plus an additional $50 per month service charge. The first monthly payment is due May 5, 2025. If you pay by the year or semester, this fee is waived. 

If further tuition assistance is needed, families may apply through the FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment. Tuition Assistance must be approved BEFORE the Registration Agreement is signed.

What is included in your tuition?

  • All textbooks, school supplies, and classroom materials

  • All field trips during the school day

  • Snacks for kindergarten students

  • Most after-school clubs and activities

  • Dual Enrollment fees

  • Invitations to FCS Friends events, our parent and alumni organization

  • Annual yearbook

The Fairfax Christian School has a "no fundraising" policy.  Tuition covers costs and you will not be asked to donate extra funds to the school.

Scholarships & Tuition Assistance

The Fairfax Christian School Scholarship and Tuition Assistance plans use a market–based approach to customizing tuition assistance. This program is similar to the tuition programs used by many colleges and universities.

There are limited scholarships for qualifying students for lower school, middle school, and high school students.

Dulles Scholarships and International Scholarships are available.

In addition to our Scholarship plans, our Tuition Assistance opens the door to low-income, qualified families who want to attend the Fairfax Christian School. Tuition Assistance may not be combined with any scholarships. The Fairfax Christian School uses a third-party tuition service, FACTS, to evaluate a family's economic circumstances, including the number of children in the household, family income, assets, and liabilities. For your tuition estimate, please call our Admissions Office at 703-759-5100.

Based on full family income, all resources of both parents and/or stepparents must be considered and submitted in the application process regardless of custody. Families with an income of $200,000 or less may qualify for some assistance.

Families may apply through the FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment if further tuition assistance is needed. Tuition Assistance must be approved BEFORE the Registration Agreement is signed.
