Below is a detailed breakdown of our tuition rates for the upcoming school year, and we’re excited to share our generous Scholarship and Tuition Assistance plans. We believe every child deserves access to quality education, and we’re here to help make that a reality for your family.

2027–2028 Tuition
No tuition increase for the 2027-2028 school year and new lower rates for full-paying families.
Lower School (Four-Year-Old Kindergarten through 4th Grade): $35,760
Middle School - 5th through 8th Grade: $40,230
High School - 9th through 12th Grade: $42,770
School Bus Service:
To-Your-Door School Bus Service: $9,600
AM or PM Bus Service: $4,800
Extended Care:
Before school care: $990
After school care: $5,130

Application Fee (new students only): $100
Registration Fee (paid by every student every year): $800
12th Grade Senior Student Fee: $2,350
Academic Success: included with full tuition
International Student Intensive English Program Fee: $7,420
International Student Homestay Fee: $26,820
Sports, club, and travel fees vary depending on the activity.
Sibling Discounts:
First Student: Full Price
Second Student: 5% tuition discount and 50% To-Your-Door Bus Service discount
Third Student: 10% tuition discount and 75% To-Your-Door Bus Service discount
Sibling discounts do not apply to the four-year-old kindergarten program.
To receive these rates, the enrollment contract must be signed and the first payment (full tuition or the first payment-plan installment) received by May 5, 2027. If either happens after May 5, 2027, a 5% surcharge will be added to the full annual tuition unless the student’s visa status is pending. Scheduled installments that are missed or late are subject to the school’s late-payment policy.
Tuition Payment Plans for Local Students:
All non-international families are required to use FACTS Tuition Management and pay the FACTS fees. The first payment is due May 5, 2026.
The registration fee is $800. You can receive our best discounts if you pay your yearly tuition by December 5th.
If tuition is paid by December 5th, a 5% discount is applied. If paid by January 5th, a 4% discount is applied. If paid by February 5th, a 3% discount is applied. If paid by March 5th, a 2% discount is applied. If paid by April 5th, a 1% discount is applied. International families are required to pay yearly.
Families who pay by the month will pay the FACTS fees plus an additional $50 per month service charge. The first monthly payment is due May 5, 2026. If you pay by the year or semester, the service charge is waived.
If further tuition assistance is needed, families may apply through the FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment. Tuition Assistance must be approved BEFORE the Registration Agreement is signed.
Tuition Payment Plans for International Students:
Tuition is due when the visa is approved. Semester and monthly plans are not available to international students.

The Fairfax Christian School has a "no fundraising" policy. Tuition covers costs and you will not be asked to donate extra funds to the school.
Scholarships & Tuition Assistance
The Fairfax Christian School Scholarship and Tuition Assistance plans use a market-based approach to customizing tuition assistance. This program is similar to the tuition programs used by many colleges and universities.
Limited scholarships and tuition assistance are available for qualifying students in lower school, middle school, and high school. Local families will likely qualify for our Dulles Scholarships.

In addition to our Scholarship plans, our Tuition Assistance opens the door to low-income, qualified families who want to attend the Fairfax Christian School. Tuition Assistance may not be combined with any scholarships. The Fairfax Christian School uses a third-party tuition service, FACTS, to evaluate a family's economic circumstances, including the number of children in the household, family income, assets, and liabilities. To request a tuition estimate, please call our Admissions Office at 703-759-5100.
Based on full family income, you must consider and submit all resources of both parents and/or stepparents in the application process, regardless of custody. Families with an income of $300,000 or less may qualify for some assistance.
Families may apply through the FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment if they need further tuition assistance. Tuition Assistance must be approved BEFORE the Registration Agreement is signed.
