2027-28 Applications Are Open, and Tuition Is Not Going Up

What will next year cost at FCS? The same as this year.

Applications for the 2027-2028 school year are now open. Tuition will not increase, and families who pay in full now pay less: High School tuition is down nearly 18%.

Why lower? We want more families to choose a scholar-focused education without needing tuition assistance. Small classes, teachers who know every student, and a curriculum built on close reading, clear reasoning, and strong writing should be within reach of more families who pay in full. Dulles Scholarships, tuition assistance, sibling discounts and early-payment savings all remain in place.

2027-28 tuition for full-paying families

  • Lower School (K4 to 4th grade): $35,760

  • Middle School (5th to 8th grade): $40,230

  • High School (9th to 12th grade): $42,770

Pay early, save more. Pay the full year by December 5 and take 5% off tuition. The discount steps down 1% a month, to 1% by April 5.

Keep this rate. Sign your enrollment contract and make your first payment by May 5, 2027. After May 5, we add a 5% surcharge to the full year's tuition. International families with a pending visa are exempt.

What tuition covers. Textbooks, supplies, school-day field trips, most after-school clubs, dual enrollment fees, and the yearbook. We also have a no-fundraising policy, so you will never be asked for extra donations.

Why FCS, why now? Your child will use AI for the rest of their life. The real question is whether they can still think without it. We believe every student can become a scholar: able to read closely, reason clearly, write well, and explain ideas in their own words. Small classes and teachers who know each student make that possible.

Applying from overseas? Admissions are rolling, F-1 transfers are accepted at any time, and we issue the I-20 within a few days of a complete application.

Your next step. Book a personal tour of our Dulles campus. If you live outside the area or overseas, schedule an admissions consultation by telephone, WeChat, or WhatsApp. Full tuition details and the application are at fairfax-christian-school.com.
